Exchange and Refund policy
We at Bubs and bubbles do not offer refunds; however you can exchange your garment.
If you wish to initiate an exchange please find details below:-
You can e-mail us at specifying the reason for exchange at bubsandbubblesboutique@gmail.com.
Inacse you have received a garment which is stained/ without any accessory or anyother manufactureing defect we would require an image and sufficient proof before you ship it back to us. If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website.

Exchange is only applicable of merchandise which is bought on full price.
All international orders cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
All customized orders cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
For International orders all Custom Duties/Charges Shall Be Borne by The Customer
We do not provide reverse pick-up services and the customer needs to bear the cost to send the product back to us if approved by us for return.
Steps for exchange for merchandise bought on full price:
- For exchange, please drop us an email to bubsandbubblesboutique@gmail.com with your original order number along with details of exchange.
- Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost) on the address provided by us (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired)

The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges - Merchandise bought on Discount:
Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Returns & Exchange policy:
